This policy explains how IVA collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit ai-iva.com, fill in a form, chat with IVA or call her from the website.

We are the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect
Information you give us:
Forms. Your name, email address, company and the message you send us when you request a demo, contact us or subscribe to updates.
Chat. The messages, files and voice messages you send to IVA in the website chat.
Voice calls. When you call IVA from the website, the conversation is recorded. We keep the audio, a written transcript and a short summary of the call.
Anything you choose to tell IVA during a chat or call, such as your name, phone number, email or details about your business.
Information collected automatically:
Technical data: your browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page and link that brought you to the site, including advertising tags in the link.
Your IP address, which we use to protect the chat and calls from abuse and to understand roughly which country you are in. We do not store your full IP address with your conversations.
A security check that tells humans from bots before a chat or call starts.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in Serbia, the EU and the UK)
We process your data because it is necessary to respond to your request or to take steps before a contract with you; because we have a legitimate interest in running, improving and protecting our website and assistant; because you consented (newsletter); or because the law requires it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. IVA is an AI assistant
The chat and voice assistant on this website is IVA, an artificial intelligence. Her answers are generated automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate. IVA does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Our team may read chat transcripts and listen to call recordings.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run IVA, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:
hosting and data storage;
the website builder and website hosting;
network security and content delivery;
voice, speech and AI model providers that power the chat and calls;
email delivery;
web fonts.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Serbia, including in the European Union and the United States. When data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. How long we keep it
Requests, chats and calls: as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you. We regularly delete what we no longer need.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Security records: for a short period needed to protect the service.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 9).
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
give you a copy of your data;
correct it;
delete it;
restrict or object to how we use it;
send it to you or to another company in a portable format;
stop sending you marketing (also via the unsubscribe link in every email).
Write to privacy@ai-iva.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs) or to the data protection authority in your country.
10. United States visitors
We collect the categories of information listed in section 2 for the purposes in section 3. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct and delete your information and to opt out of certain processing; write to privacy@ai-iva.com to use them. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. Because we do not track you across other websites, our site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will tell you if a breach affects you as the law requires.
