IVA does not use cookies on ai-iva.com.
What we store in your browser
When you start a chat or a call with IVA, we save a few items in your browser's local storage. They are needed for the chat and calls to work, and nothing is saved before you start one:
a security token that confirms you are a human, not a bot;
a reference to your conversation, so you can continue the chat after reloading the page or coming back later;
technical settings for the chat and call.
You can delete these items at any time by clearing your browser's site data. The chat will then start a new conversation.
Language
If you switch the website language with EN / SR, your browser's local storage remembers your choice, so the website opens in that language next time and does not switch it automatically. Nothing else is stored with it.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. They show us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where visitors come from.
Fonts
The website loads fonts from a third-party font service. Your browser connects to it to download the fonts, which shares your IP address with that service.
